The living room seating not only doubles as a spare third bed but it also has ample of storage space underneath. The open plan kitchen and living space provides the ultimate space to entertain guests with the breakfast bar and the option to add on our purpose built deck module. Designed with the transportable flexibility to be delivered anywhere in New Zealand with the option to fix it to the land to be seen as an asset.

The bathroom down the hall has a large 1200 x 900 shower (+extractor), vanity, storage cupboards, space for a washing machine and your choice of composting/flushing loo. The high opening window allows natural light and extra ventilation. 

The master bedroom has a built in wardrobe with large draws and hanging space, neatly tucked away behind cupboard doors. You’ll find built in storage beneath the bed with easy access soft close draws. As well as bedside tables that could be extended to the ceiling for more storage if necessary. 

The secondary bedroom can accomodate either a single bed, bunk beds or a double. With storage beneath as well as a tall boy for clothing and space for a desk. 

Your choice of gable or mono pitch ceiling. Our mono pitch is has been designed as a future proof hack. Add on our additional, two bedroom module, making this home transform into a large 4 bedroom home for when your family needs to grow. Ask us about this new additional module.
